I have noticed that we attach ourselves to things by judging them as good or bad. Through judgements we bind ourself to fear, through judgement we give permission for fear to get attached to our space. The more we are fighting against or at war with something, the more we empower it to exist.
Our power lies in our conscious awareness of our environment. When we take a moment to be still and bring conscious awareness to situations we find ourself outside the situation and viewing it from the perspective of being a witness. The one who witnesses is the TRUE SELF, who is always Present. Due to our busyness of this modern life we have forgotten our TRUE SELF, and we identified ourself with the mind and its busyness and lost our power.
In order to reclaim our lost power we detach ourself from the drama outside and identify ourself with the True Self who judges nothing but witnesses everything.
There are many simple ways to bring conscious awareness of our True Self. Taking time to observe our breath, bringing as much of quiet time as possible into our everyday schedule, bringing our quiet focus and awareness to problems or pain in our life, being grateful for what we have and getting in touch with the feelings of gratitude, are all the different powerful ways of practicing the art of awareness.
The more we practice bringing awareness into our life the more we will find powerful solutions to our problems, release from pain, and totally anchor happiness every moment.
Let us choose to listen, breathe, and focus within and allow our power to unfold.
Blessings!
